Refund & Exchange Policy
At SAYY, we ensure the highest quality standards for all our products. However, if you receive a wrong or defective product, we are happy to offer an exchange under the conditions mentioned below.
Exchange Policy

Exchange is only applicable if the product received is wrong or defective.

To initiate an exchange, an unboxing video is mandatory and must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Requests without an unboxing video or raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds, except in the case of order cancellation after dispatch.

If an order is cancelled after dispatch, a ₹99 delivery charge will be deducted.

The remaining amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days after confirmation.
