Refund & Exchange Policy

At SAYY, we ensure the highest quality standards for all our products. However, if you receive a wrong or defective product, we are happy to offer an exchange under the conditions mentioned below.

Exchange Policy
  • Exchange is only applicable if the product received is wrong or defective.

  • To initiate an exchange, an unboxing video is mandatory and must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Requests without an unboxing video or raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.

  • Share your order details along with the unboxing video

  • Our team will review your request and initiate the exchange process if eligible

Refund Policy
  • We do not offer refunds, except in the case of order cancellation after dispatch.

  • If an order is cancelled after dispatch, a ₹99 delivery charge will be deducted.

  • The remaining amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days after confirmation.
