How to Use (3-Step Routine)

At SAYY, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery time is 4–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.
- Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
- We are not liable for courier delays, but our team will assist in resolving delivery-related concerns.
In case of order cancellation after dispatch, ₹99 delivery charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days after confirmation.
Refund & Return (Exchange) Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer exchanges only in specific cases.
- Exchanges are allowed only if the product received is wrong or defective.
- An unboxing video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery as mandatory proof.
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and without damage for exchange approval.
- No refunds are provided, except in cases of order cancellation after dispatch, where delivery charges are deducted as mentioned above.
- If eligible for refund (cancellation after dispatch), the amount will be processed within 7–10 working days, and may take up to 10 working days depending on banking timelines.
