• Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
  
• We are not liable for courier delays, but our team will assist in resolving delivery-related concerns.

In case of order cancellation after dispatch, ₹99 delivery charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days after confirmation.

Refund & Return (Exchange) Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer exchanges only in specific cases.

• Exchanges are allowed only if the product received is wrong or defective.
  
• An unboxing video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery as mandatory proof.
  
• The product must be unused, in original packaging, and without damage for exchange approval.
  
• No refunds are provided, except in cases of order cancellation after dispatch, where delivery charges are deducted as mentioned above.
