In case of order cancellation after dispatch, ₹99 delivery charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days after confirmation.

• An unboxing video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery as mandatory proof.
  
• The product must be unused, in original packaging, and without damage for exchange approval.
  
• No refunds are provided, except in cases of order cancellation after dispatch, where delivery charges are deducted as mentioned above.
